Our Handmade Bites are the perfect treat to enjoy with friends and family, for an evening in, celebrating, or a delicious house warming gift.
Clare Anne's scrumptious range of chocolate brownies and indulgent rocky roads are lovingly made at the foot of the Wicklow Mountains. Using only the finest ingredients – including Irish butter and free range Wicklow eggs from the hills behind our studio – we pride ourselves on using choosing fresh local produce wherever possible.
Our Cacao Barry Chocolate is how we guarantee their scrumptiousness with every bite.
Every box contains 12 portions, each measuring a rustic 4x4cm

A Clare Anne customer tastes the difference
If you’ve ever noticed how easy it is to devour certain snacks or fast food, but are still left unsatisfied, we hear you. Unlike most store-bought or cheaper alternatives that tend to be factory-produced and lean on artificial flavourings and preservatives, at Clare Anne Taylor we only bake with fresh, locally produced ingredients using the finest cacao-infused luxury chocolate produced by our friends in Cacao Barry.
At our studios in Wicklow, we take pride in the end-to-end craft and loving care that goes into the preparation, packaging and delivery of our Handmade Bites. With two or three portions (at most four!) of our mouth-watering bites each, your guests will be left happily satisfied.
Savour the moment
If you want to take it up an extra notch, we recommend warming your brownies and adding a generous scoop (or two!) of your favourite ice-cream.
Caring for your Handmade Bites
Our Brownies and Rocky Road are best enjoyed within 7 days. They should be stored somewhere cool and dry or refrigerated in a sealed plastic container.
Help, I missed the An Post delivery cut-off and need my Bites asap!
That’s ok, we’ve got this! Collection is available every Tue from 1pm from our Studio in Newtownmountkennedy. Orders placed before 10am on Monday will be available for collection from 1pm Tues onwards. The Studio is open weekdays for collection Tuesday 1pm – 5.30pm and Wednesday – Friday (9.30am – 5.30pm). Orders that are placed after 10am on Monday may be collected from Tuesday of the following week.

Overall incredible and would highly recommend to anyone. From the customer service to the end product I can't speak highly enough of Clare Anne Taylor Couture Cakes.
Clare sent us numerous delicious taster samples which really helped in deciding on the cake flavours. They were all delicious so it wasn't easy having to choose!!.
Initally, we only had a rough idea of what type of cake design we wanted. Clare listened, asked questions and clearly understood what we were looking. She made some brilliant suggestions and as a result a final design was very quickly decided upon. Stress free process.
Clare took all this and then produced the most amazing cake. Seeing the cake on the big day was definitely one of the highlights.

Clare’s cake creations are absolutely gorgeous!
I’m still under the impression of the last cake that she created for me for a family event: an absolute piece of art, decorated with delicate sugar spring flowers, with a delicious taste!

Hello Clare
Well this will be my second review, last year I bought my sisters wedding cake and this year in September I got married and was absolutely happy with the beautiful cake you produced for us. I have never seen cake to disappear so fast! It was a 3 tier cake with different flavours and wild flowers decorating the external.
It was a masterpiece! All the guests loved it and that’s all I can ask for. Thanks yet again to you and your professionalism, I knew I would be very safe in your hands.
