We use only the finest ingredients, making the most of what is naturally at its best. We make all of our fruit conserves, compotes and curds. We forage our elderflower in Wicklow and grow our own lavender and herbs. We use the finest Belgian chocolate, local North Wicklow free-range eggs, and Irish butter. All of our fondant cakes are masqued with a complimentary chocolate ganache before dressing. We do a variety of sponge cakes, filled with the most delicious fruit conserves, praline or Italian meringue buttercream, and a delicious chocolate biscuit cake.

We create our Flavour Tasting Boxes bi-weekly outside of peak Summer and Christmas seasons, and deliver them to the address of your choice. Each Flavour Tasting Box contains a taster portion of each flavour on the menu, for you to taste and enjoy.
