We use only the finest ingredients, paying attention to seasonality and making the most of what is naturally at its best. We make all of our fruit conserves, compotes and curds. We forage our elderflower in Wicklow and grow our own lavender and herbs. We use Cocoa Barry chocolate. We use local North Wicklow free-range eggs, and Irish butter. All of our fondant cakes are masqued with a complimentary chocolate ganache before dressing. We do a variety of sponge cakes, filled with chocolate ganache, fruit curds or Italian meringue buttercream, and a delicious chocolate biscuit cake.

We create our Flavour Tasting Boxes every two months, and deliver them to the address of your choice. Each Flavour Tasting Box contains five flavours of your choice from our menu, based on the season of your event, for you to taste and enjoy.
